Digital Age or Digital Revolution, we live in EXPONENTIAL TIMES...the paradigm shifts, while

the digital paradigm is shifting.  Paul Valéry once remarked, "The future is not what it used

to be. We cannot truly control, invent or even predict the future. However, we can hold a vision for

it in order to inspire our efforts and actions.  The future is not what it used to be, nor is it when it

used to be."

The semiannual Digital Media Festival is...South By Southwest and the Consumer Electronic

Show meets Sundance and the Paso Digital Film & Wine Fest over panel discussions, movies,

music, coffee, and wine in Silicon Valley.  We're creating a virtual start up Festival and Expo to

explore the new media trends and the convergence of technology, entertainment, multimedia and

multiplatform content production, distribution, and social networking in this exponential paradigm

shift of the Digital Age...Live at a number of venues in Silicon Valley, California and world wide on

the Website and Internetwork of Social Media Sites.

DMF THEME

The central theme of the event is From Film to the Digital Age, concentrating on technology and

the digital edge and convergence of technology as it relates to movies, TV, new media, photography,

music, mobile multimedia, streaming and the Internet.  We are in a technology paradigm shift while

the paradigm is shifting.  Things in the world of entertainment with the convergence of technology is

changing at a exponential rate.  This will include some on the history of Silicon Valley and the

music and counter culture that existed there in the sixties and seventies.

LOCATION...LOCATION...LOCATION

Much has been said about the unique networking environment of Silicon Valley...the innovative

culture....  There is an entire ecosystem that is part of the environment itself.

Said to be 400+ Venture Capital Firms, over 1,000 technology companies, including the largest

in the world.  1/3 of all the IPO money is the world goes through Silicon Valley.  It is the

technology center of the world.

Key areas for the September 2012, and April 2013, festivals will be Mountain View, Palo Alto,

and Menlo Park.  In the same manner that SXSW covers the entire city of Austin, Texas, we

plan to spread events through out Silicon Valley as the festival grows.  There is the possibility

that we can plan on some events in San Francisco High Tech areas and down to San Jose.

We have a number of locations and venues and there are several hotel ball rooms, convention

centers, and a number of theaters that we can make use of, several coffee and social locations,

clubs, and we have the option to create a outdoor theater in April.

Some of the venues and locations that we are in talks now with are: Keplers Book Store, Guild

and Aquarius Theaters, Quadrus Conference Center, MacArthur Park, Technicolor, Varsity

Theater, Cinemark's Palo Alto Sq., Menlo College, Stanford University, Palo Alto High School,

Mountain View for the Performing Arts, Pensiula Youth Theater, Cinemax Theaters in Mountain

View, Computer History Museum in Mountain View, Talent House in Palo Alto, Jewish Center,

Silicon Valley Theater Convention Center, Dragon Theater,

Hotels for lodging and meeting and convention rooms that we have contacted and are in talks

with regarding block room rates and convention space are: Hotel Keen, Sheraton Palo Alto Hotel,

Cowper Inn, Best Western Menlo Park and Best Western Rivera, Stanford Inn, Stanford Park

Hotel, Menlo Park Inn, The Westin Palo Alto, Garden Court, Court Yard Marriott,
